This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer governing your use of this mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the application for unlawful purposes

2. Ownership

The application and all related rights, including intellectual property, are owned by the developer.

This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the application, only a license to use it.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

All payments are handled by Apple. We do not store your payment information.

4. User Content
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The application allows you to create and edit media content.

All content remains on your device. We do not store or access your personal files.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, edit, or share using the application.

5. Restrictions
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You agree not to:
• Use the application in any unlawful manner
• Interfere with or disrupt the application’s functionality
• Use the application to harm others or violate any laws

6. Updates & Changes
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

We may update or modify the application at any time to improve functionality or comply with legal requirements.

Updates may be applied automatically or require manual installation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data or content
• Issues arising from use or inability to use the application

9. Termination
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This license is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the application.

10. Third-Party Services

The application may include third-party services such as analytics, advertisements, and subscription management.

We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
